Come hear Drew speak about bees, and their role in the garden landscape. We’ll taste some Kaiserson Honeys and have products available for purchase. This program is free to attend and does not require registration.

Join Beekeeper Drew Kaiser for an informal and informative visit on June 5th to some of his hives located at Square Roots Farm. Drew runs Kaiserson Bee Company with his wife, Ellen Sorenson and they specialize in small batch, location specific honeys. Drew has kept bees for over a dozen years and manages around 35 colonies. Drew will discuss honeybee’s role as pollinators, what you can do for bees, and show you inside a hive. Expect to get up close to bees!

Volume One & The Local Store are bringing back The Night Market - an indoor/outdoor maker market and sale series Friday nights September 23rd - October 21st from 6-9pm. 

Each night, we'll feature 4-6 different local makers' information and products in the Volume One Gallery. During this, we'll also setup a fire pit in our courtyard area, invite local food trucks, feature an acoustic performer, and have hot cider and snack samples. Simultaneously, all regular store merchandise is 15% OFF during the Night Market!

8th annual seminar, sponsored by the Women's Fellowship of the Ladysmith and Conrath Congregational United Church of Christ churches.  Proceeds from this event help fund the charitable work of Women' Fellowship which supports various service organizations and groups in the community such as the Timeout Shelter, the Lighthouse Homeless Shelter, and the elementary school backpack food program.
