2024/06/19 -Creamy dandelion nectar gives this light amber honey a vegetal, grassy quality. Some funk on the nose gives way to a medium-sweet nectar.
2024/07/23 - Light amber, jasmine tea, and herbal. A mild sweetness compared to the other harvests for the Hive this season.
2024/08/04 -Sweet Sweet! There’s something about August in the city that makes these harvests like candy. This batch is no different. Smooth and confectionary, floral, with a bit of vanilla.
2024/09/19 -SOLD OUT - A dark amber harvest with a bold, malty sweetness layered with bramble fruits. A slight acidity cuts the sweet, reminiscent of a chocolate-covered raspberry.
