RAW HONEY | 'Big Tall Bees' 54742
Big Tall Bess is so named for our hive host and friend, Big Tall Jake (IYKYK). These bees live in a valley among rolling hills outside of beautiful Fall Creek and just down the road from April Base. They’re prone to make mild, all-purpose honeys bound to tickle all the right parts of your palate.
These harvests are currently available:
2024/08/08 - SOLD OUT - Light amber honey gives way to a moderate sweetness. Grassy, tea-like notes with a slight warming space.
2024/09/02 - Cider on the nose, bright, sweet with white grape sweetness.
