Last season, Square Roots Farm saw a smaller-than-average harvest and this season our yield swung in the other direction! Farmer Jake planted bountiful cover cropping, such as the beautiful phacelia making for a delicate mid-season honey!

2023/08/15 - A smooth, creamy textured honey that is light amber in color. With vegetable production in full swing, this harvest has a large variety of nectars in its bouquet. Its flavor is warm with spice notes of muted cinnamon or nutmeg.
