Inga invited our bees to multi-species graze with her cows on the rolling hills south of Osseo.  A light buckwheat flow influenced the later honey harvest!

2023/07/13 - This ungraded, light amber-colored harvest has already crystalized with medium-sized grains. It’s warm and woodsy with a mild brown sugar sweetness. SOLD OUT

2023/08/27 - This ungraded, amber-colored harvest has notes of dried fruit and leather. Aspects of the buckwheat nectar influenced but don’t dominate the flavor profile of this unique honey.
